Gleis 21 in the 10th district of Vienna, more than 30 families built an ecological flagship house.<\/p>\n<p>Already during the design planning there was an intensive cooperation between the assembly (track 21), the non-profit housing association (SCHWARZATAL), the architects (Einzueins) and specialist planners as well as Weissenseer as GU.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, this also means that the costs have remained in focus from the beginning. For this reason, the initially envisaged steel construction for the flexible balcony arrangement by the &#8220;world&#8217;s first wood concrete composite ceiling with a concrete edge beam (pressing problem of horizontal woods omitted) and cantilevered balcony plate&#8221; (with Isokorb) was developed in collaboration with MMK and WEISSENSEER.<\/p>\n<p>The basic idea was that only the outer walls and the central zone take over the static tasks and all apartment partitions of the plugged apartments must be arranged flexibly, since the individual builders of the assembly at the beginning of planning work not yet been established. Soundproofing tests were carried out in order to be able to execute the joints of the apartment ceiling independently of the apartment ceilings without a suspended ceiling. The middle zone was designed for reasons of cost and fire safety simplifications of the supply shafts made of precast reinforced concrete, only for the peripheral housing high performance beechboard plywood was chosen for the columns and beams. The development over the arcade was also made of prefabricated reinforced concrete to comply with the building code in terms of fire safety.<br \/>\nIn summary, the performance of the timber construction company should be emphasized insofar as the choice of materials was made from the point of view of the performance of the individual building materials and thus a combination of batten construction, cross laminated wood panels, wood concrete composite ceilings, precast concrete parts and steel parts was chosen!<\/p>\n<p>Only the idea of \u200b\u200bsustainable, ecological and
