PARTICIPATORY LIVING

In 2017, Weissenseer set up a housing association for the B.R.O.T. building group. Press tree (Encounter/Speeches/Openness/Division), consisting of 11 houses. The houses are arranged in open and coupled construction. The B.R.O.T building group is defined as the merger of a group of people who want to live in a communal form with a strong social aspect and operate as a building association. Planning of the residences is based on a participatory approach where the future residents are integrated into the planning process.
