Pavillion

The palliative ward at Klinikum Klagenfurt received a garden pavilion in 2015, where patients can once again be close to nature. Executed in sarcophagus larch, the pavilion smells of resin and essential oils. Pure nature! Being here calms patients, allowing them to temporarily switch off from their pains, forget their fears – and find peace.
This pavilion was initiated, planned and built by students of the FH Kärnten in Spittal/Drau. Weissenseer is proud to have made a modest contribution to the success of the project. | Photo: Gerhard Maurer
