EDUCATION FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS

In the course of the renovation of an existing building, in which an elementary school and kindergarten are housed, the Gemeinde Trebesing in Carinthia also built an annex for the new education centre. The commissioned architect planned a modern building above the gymnasium in wood with plenty of glass and a spacious terrace. The city awarded the construction contract to Weissenseer; the structure was built with solid wood panels of cross-laminated timber with an outer façade of larch.
