Located between Vienna and Baden, the SeneCura Social Centre in Traiskirchen offers 78 residents in need of care a modern yet comfortable home.
The care for residents with dementia takes place in an integrated way in housing groups. Thanks to the kindergarten housed there, the facility becomes a meeting place for the generations, keeps seniors young and entertains children with common play areas.
The wooden façade made of local larch, supplied and installed as a prefabricated façade by Weissenseer defines the social centre.
